Baby Lab

The Cognitive Development Center (CDC), led by Professors Gergely Csibra and György Gergely, was established in 2008 for the study of cognitive development of human infants. The labs and offices of the CDC are located in Budapest, 5th District, Oktober 6 street 7, first and ground Floor..

Our laboratories are equipped with an EEG recording apparatus and eye tracking devices, as well as with video and computer equipment for behavioral studies. Our research focuses on social cognitive processes, including action understanding, face and gaze perception, communication, social learning, imitation, and impaired social cognition in autism.
