Currently I am doing the second year of my PhD under the supervision of Jozsef Fiser. My research focuses on semi-supervised learning in humans with a special emphasis on the acquisition of concepts and categories. The goal of my research is do discover how unsupervised and supervised information are integrated by learners to achieve optimal learning performance, and how information processing is affected by statistical properties and pedagogical aspects of the data and the learning situation, respectively.
