Professors Gergely Csibra and György Gergely jointly receive the Jean-Nicod Prize for 2011

The Jean-Nicod Prize is awarded annually in Paris by the Jean-Nicod Committee (Institut Jean-Nicod) to a leading philosopher of mind and philosophically oriented cognitive scientist. This year Gergely Csibra and György Gergely have been jointly awarded for their work in the field of cognitive science. The two professors will deliver a lecture series organized by the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) as part of its effort to develop the interdisciplinary field of cognitive science in France. The award ceremony will take place November 7, 2011. The dates for the Jean-Nicod lecture series entitled 'Natural Pedagogy': November 7,9, 14 and 16, 2011.
