Cognitive Development Center

The Cognitive Development Center (CDC) was established in September 2008 for studying the cognitive development of babies and children. The research of the center addresses questions related to the ontogenesis of human cognitive capacities, especially action interpretation, mental attribution, social cognition, reasoning, communication, and basic cultural learning mechanisms. The CDC is part of the Department of Cognitive Science and plays an active role in the PhD program in Cognitive Science.
